Quality Policy & Assurance System

Since the start of our business, producing quality products is being the highest priority of our firm. To achieve our aim of making our customer's happy can be attained by offering them premium goods. We know that quality manufacturing enable us to win the faith of the customers along with proving money worth investing. So, as a part of our quality policy, we improve the existing line and ensure production of innovation and cost-benefiting products.

Our quality assurance system is as per VC QSM. Under this system, a three tier quality testing process is followed. In the first tier, raw materials like switchgear and cables are tested stringently. In the second tier, inspection at production stages is laid to ensure no problem related to product performance, design and structure is carried forward. In the last tier, calibrated instruments are used for final inspection of Distribution Panel, Servo Voltage Stabilizer, AC Drive Panel and other electrical products. The testing of products is done as per Indian and International Norms like IS8623 and IEC429.


Manufacturing Process & Facilities

The manufacturing of Distribution Panel, AC Drive Panel, Servo Voltage Stabilizer and other allied electrical items are carried out by following several systematic manufacturing processes, prepared by experienced professionals. The fabrication of our entire range is done in our large & well-equipped production house located at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh (India). Fabricated components after getting chemically treated as per the IS-6005 standards ARE PAINTED IN Conveyrised Powder Coating Plant using super, quality epoxy polyester powder. This makes our panels longer-serving. Siemens Pabbel Grey is used for final finishing on panels. We have developed a wiring shop where safe wiring of products are done using plastic grommet as well as flexible conduits. After this assembling and testing of produced range takes place.

Testing Facility

Having state-of-the-art-testing facilities, we conduct routine and special tests on the entire range of electrical products. Impulse test, load test and many others are conducted using Generator, Capacitor Bank and other testing equipment.
